Can't access the Macbook Air deal

I've recently seen the Apple Macbook Air payment plan, signed the contract, however when the page proceeded to payment and I entered my bank details, the page suddenly stopped working.

 

It won't load on my phone (safari), won't load on the SKy app, and won't load on the web page on a laptop. The message I see every time I try to access the deal is "Technical error - It's not you, it's us. Ty refreshing the page. Or use the link below to start again" however none of these options seem to work. I always end up getting this message. 

 

I'm quite worried as I signed the contract and entered my bank details yet received no confirmation and now can't access the deal at all.

I would give Sky a call about this.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
