I recently decided to cash in my unused data to claim one of my piggybank rewards but for weeks it has been coming up saying I can't access my piggybank rewards and to try again later. How can I resolve this and claim my reward?

We have been informed that the Piggybank Rewards section is being rebuilt and that it will hopefully be back up and running sometime this month. If you call Sky (free by dialling 150) they can sort out any rewards transactions for you.
