Can’t access piggy bank data to roll

Can't access my piggy bank data to roll onto the other sims I also have.. been like this 3 months now... have contacted sky 6 times and even complained , apparently it's a problem "on our end" and "we've reported it to the relevant team".... still not working

been a sky mobile customer 10 years...  

this will be the last I think.

If you've already reported this to Sky and it's been passed to a back office team to investigate and you've made a complaint there's not a lot fellow customers here can do I'm afraid. Just keep checking with Sky for any update from that team.
