Hello community I cannot access the parental controls feature using mobile data? The page loads then goes blank and I cannot use it :S anyone has this issue ? Tried safari and Google .....

If you don't have another device you will need to call Sky who should be able to do this for you as long as you have signed a credit agreement as this will prove you are over 18. 150 is the free number to use.
