Can’t access account online won’t link

I can't get access to my online mobile phone bills it won't link my account keeps staying linked but it never works so I can't access two mobile phone accounts

Hi @Anjbarclay2  if you are sure you are using the correct login/account details (could you have an old ID that's been used?) then you will need to call sky on 150 for help.

If it is saying it is linked then it has been so you do not need to do this anymore as you need to now make sure you are using the correct ID/email address to login to your account.
