Can’t access 3G on my new sky phone

Hi Iv just switched to sky mobile from 3 but I can't use 3G or call out from the phone. My previous number has been switched over successfully and the new sim has been activated. Still no luck.

@Jhughes  3G is old tech and is being switched off, if not already done so, your phoen should have 4G and/or 5G, if it's only a 3G model it's time to upgradeto a new device, as all networks will close 3G.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

To access 5G via your phone you would need to activate it via your account first.

Did your phone work with Three? They have switched off 3G in most areas and are now only 4G/5G.

Sky uses the O2 network who are also starting to turn off 3G. There are more details at https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-mobile-3g-switch-off-impact-customers
