Can sky answer why we can't cash in our piggy bank data for sky store vouchers?

Can sky please bring back cashing in piggy bank data for sky store vouchers. There nothing else to use my saved data for, I don't want to use it for anything else. Or you need to allow customers to have money off bill otherwise collecting data is useless. Please please bring back sky store vouchers.

@Anon5  Sky don't respond directly to posts.  If there is no option to cash them in for sky store vouchers  it's simply because Sky are not currently offering them. 

These kind of deals come & go.

Hi @Anon5  sky have not announced when or even if they are bringing back that option, same with money off accessories. The only option at the current time is money off new devices. If you are accruing too much data then reduce your plan and save yourself some money each month and top up from your piggybank if needed.

I'd observe that data transit is essentially 'free' to network providers, but allowing customers to 'cash in' against actual goods and services has a very definite cost in reduced profit margin.  At the end of the day it's up to any provider to make their business model work, and for subscribers to judge how that makes them feel, and then act accordingly.
