Can not ring out.Apple says phone is ok, and go to network.

I have an apple iphone16promax. And have had 3 sims since I had it in Nov. But can't not ring out since I updated the payment plan.

Nothing just saying call ended. Yesterday it was trying to call but eventually failed

I have my old sim from my old phone, but the same thing happens, I used my old sim in my new phone yesterday. But have changed it back.
