Can not connect to sky mobile app

I can not contto sky mobile on the app to manage my account 

 

the tv and broadband are connected but the mobile section seems defective- can anyone help me?

 

i need to roll some data over

 

i recently upgraded my handset and the issue seems to have come since then

I think you will need to call sky on 150 @Danwaite  sounds like the new device/sim may be on a different account for some reason.
