Can i defer the deliver of my new handset?

I have ordered a new handset for my son for Christmas and on confirming the order have seen that the old handset needs to be rethrned in 14 days. This will not be possible as he will need his phone up until christmas for school.

 

Can i push the delivery of the new handset back by 2 weeks or do i need to cancel the order?

As a customer you don't have any say when the new device will be delivered as it will be sent as soon as stock is available for the order. Cancelling and reordering at a later date will see you credit checked again.
