Can anyone help please my mobile data isn’t working on iPad 2024

Please can anyone help my data isn't working on iPad 2024 11inch

I have tried having the settings sent to my iPad but nothing is coming through

Hi I've been using my wifi so I am not sure as I received it about 2 weeks ago from Sky but I took it out with me today and it wasn't working

 

i have phoned Sky and they were saying about resetting network settings but i am not receiving the message on my iPad to do it.

Yes I had an email saying the esim was activated. 
Sky are saying there's a problem 

 

but then said to try the reset network but when I click it it's coming up sending the settings through to my iPad number but nothing is coming through

Have you tried creating the settings yourself, these are for the iphone so I would presume they are the same for your iPad:

 

Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network Sky > (stroll down) Access point names

Click + (Edit acess point - details as follows)

Name: mobile.sky
APN: mobile.sky
Proxy: Not set
Port: Not set
Username: Not set
Password: Not set
Server: Not set
MMSC: Not set
MMS port: Not set
MCC: 234
MNC: 57
Authenication type: Not set
APN type: default
APN protocol: IPv4
APN roamimg protocol: IPv4
APN enable/disable (appears grey) -will switch to enabled)
Bearer: Unspecified
MVNO type: GID
MVNO value: 0C

To save press : (top right hand corner and press save)

Restart Phone

You said earlier that the esim was activated or are you trying to convert a sim to an esim ?

I think I presumed it was activated as when I go on to my sky app it says 100gb etc manage sim 

 

but my mate had an iPad from Sky and she said she had to activate it with a eSIM code 

 

sorry I just presumed it was activated when i set the tablet up etc

If you have a physical sim then you could activate it and either use it or convert it to an esim:

Apparently the eSIM is already in the iPad I've tried reinstalling it etc and qr code comes up but asks for an activation code 


I will have to try and phone Sky tomorrow as I have 2 iPads from Sky and none of them are working and I paying for the data
