Can I swap my phone?

Hi there, so my current iPhone 14 was eligible for an upgrade so I went and bought the iPhone 16, however I never done it through the upgrade link on the sky app. Am I still able to swap my phone when the new one arrives or have I just taken out a new deal independent of the old one?

If you didn't do a swap then it can't be added retrospectively.

 

You can either return the phone within the cooling off period and then perform a swap (but will require another credit search) or use a trade in service to convert your old phone into cash and use that to clear the balance (if it covers all of it).

 

If your new deal included a dataplan and you've activated it then you'll be paying for 2 dataplans too - and the new SIM will have a new phone number.
