Can I swap my phone for a fresh version of my current model?

I'm on a 24-month contract, which ends in Oct/Nov (I know it's not long but still want to know). I know that devices can be swapped every 12-24 months depending on contract length, but I've never been able to see an option to swap my phone in. When I open the My Swap tab, it just goes straight to My Upgrade.

Yoh should be able to do this so call Sky on 150 to see if they can do this for you. Your current device will still have to be paid off so if the value Sky says it is worth is not enough to pay it off the difference will be added to the next available bill so would be paid via that one,
