Calls to abroad

Can't make calls to abroad. Already set up "international saver" and switched off  "spend cap" and still not working.

What's happening when you try?

 

Are you using the correct international dialling prefix?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Operator says that mobile number is incorrect. But everything is correct. The thing is that I can't call to all mobile numbers, but to landline phones I can call.
