Calls on my mobile are delayed & keep dropping out

I've had issues with phone calls on my mobile for a long time but keep forgetting to sort something.

We have to use WiFi as we don't get a signal otherwise.

Phone calls keep being delayed and keep missing bits out of the call.Sometimes the call can drop as well.

It can be very frustrating.
