Calls not coming through & immediate disconnection
Hi,
The problem I have is that for some reason when people call me at times they will get through & at other times the call is immediately dropped for them & they cannot connect. It doesn't even ring at my end. If I dial out after one ring the call is immediately dropped/disconnected.The only way to resolve the issue is to turn the SIM off & back on to get the service to work. Now it's happening regardless of fone type, galaxy note or pixel pro. I renewed the SIM card thinking that would solve the issue but it's happening again. Anyone any thoughts as the amount of times I've been messaged saying they cannot get through to my number is beginning to irritate as you can imagine, missing calls & having to turn the SIM off & back on. Thought I'd ask here as it can't go on & I'll have no option but to change providers. Thanks.

All you can do to call Sky to report this to them so that their teams can look into this for you. 150 is the free number to call them on.

Hi, thanks for the reply. Gave them a call & basically they said to reset the connection. I really can't see that making any difference but we'll see

I am having the exact same problem. If I want to ring my mom (she's sky mobile too) I need to ring 4 plus times, eventually I might get through. Constantly getting 'this person cannot be reached at the moment'. She has missed numerous hospital calls.
People are telling me they get the same when they try to ring me..
I am so sorry I moved to sky! The service in Ireland I absolutely shocking.
