Calls fail whilst abroad

Both myself and my wife have sky mobile, we are currently abroad and neither of us can make calls. It always comes up call failed. Been abroad for around 4 months, was working fine until the past month. Both of us have the same issue. 
Tried adjusting all settings on the phone, plus the sky mobile app, nothing works

Have you both got spend caps set for your devices as you will need this setup if you haven't.

Yes we do. I've already tried removing them and it didn't make a difference.

Hi @MattG0123  there was a rule introduced when we were part of the EU that you had to connect to your home network every few months or your phone would stop working, this was to prevent people getting cheap deals in one country then moving to another. Not sure if this is still the case now we have left the EU though.

Not even sure if it's still a thing @MattG0123  and the only there was to reset it was to login to your home network in the UK.
