My husband, parents and myself are all with Sky mobile. The issue only seems to happen when I call one of them. I call them and within 30 seconds it goes silent. They can hear me but I cannot hear them. I have tried a new phone and SIM card, so I know that is not the issue. It never happens when calling others who are on different networks. Obviously, this is an issue, as they are the main people that I am calling. At the weekend, I thought I had finally found someone who was not on Sky Mobile, who also could hear me, but I could not hear them, then I found out that they have moved the Sky too.
Any advice please, as it seems very odd that it only happens when calling others on the Sky network.

Thank you for the reply. I have already tried one new SIM card which did not help, but I may try again and see if it does anything.
