Calls & texts included but getting charged for texts

I have an inclusive calls & texts package but every month I am charged for text messsges, no pictures just script .  How do I get this stopped?

Are these texts to other UK mobiles or to premium rate numbers 

If the former than you will need to call Sky on 150 so they can look into this for you and when you do say nothing when asked anything by the bot and remain on the line.

Hi @Kj146  are these long text messages as sometimes a very long message is converted to mms which is chargeable ?
