@Daniel0210 Also, I was very prepared to do some troubleshooting, however, I am not doing a hard reset on a brand new phone, so if that's the next step, then I refuse. It didn't work last time, it won't work this time.
I'm just going to look for a new provider. Please just delete this thread.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you don't want the escalation chat just ignore it if and when it arrives. You aren't forced to use it. We're just fellow customers here trying to help you.

@Daniel0210 I know that you're a fellow customer and I do appreciate it, it's just Ive been told a couple of times, don't do this or that. I'm in my 50s, I'm not tech savvy, I don't know how the board works.
So again, thanks for the help but I'm just going to phone, get it cancelled then that's it done.

I'm not from Sky, I'm the original poster. I think you're probably better starting a new thread.

Hi
Yep it's still happening. It's even happening on some outbound calls I make, ringing, hanging up then ringing again.

This has been a problem for some time. It stopped for a while and now has come back ten fold......When I make a call sometimes it rings then stops ringing and starts again. Sometimes I get on a call and the line just goes dead. It's very embarrassing when I am dealing with very high end customers that I ring three times in concession to find I'm actually harassing them during a meeting when at my end I don't know if there was ever a connection or not. Sky, please sort this out otherwise I will be forced to leave to a different provider because of the fore mentioned.
Does anyone have exactly the same issue? Do you know yet if it is just provider or device or sim.

@Givemesignal Yes I have exactly the same problem and so does my business partner. We have 4 of us with SKY and 3 of us are experiencing the same problems.
I have contacted Sky numerous times, each time they pass you round and round and end up suggesting a new sim, turn off 5G or reset. They either don't know what the problem is, dont care or just not interested in their customers. We will be seeing how this month goes and then will be going back to O2 which we never had any problems with. I hope you have a better experience than we have so far.
