Hi folks,
For the 2nd consecutive day calls to the Sky Mobile team (for technical help) is met with the warning: "Call times are over an hour". If this is what to expect from Sky Mobile, I'll be moving away.
Is this typical? If not, what are the typical wait times?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt depends on the time of day you call, so calling when the lines open at 7am will see the call answered much quicker as it should do after 9pm.
Is your issue aything us fellow customers can help, after all that is what this forum is for.

This forum is definitely useful, but I've tried calling Sky Mobile at different times and each time the outgoing message is the same: "Wait times are over an hour". This morning I decided to hang on and the call was answered in minutes, so I'm beginning to think it's deliberate messaging by Sky to reduce call traffic, divert people towards their help pages (or this forum) and keep call centre staff numbers to a (ridiculous) minimum.
