Callers unable to leave voicemail

Callers are unable to leave voicemail.  Have been through settings and all seems OK and I can call voicemail to change settings etc

Have you tried disabling it then enabling it again:

 

Dial 759.
Press 3.
Press 5.
Press 1.

All you can do is to call Sky on 150 so they can investigate this for you.
