Call, chat and data history for insurance

I had lost my phone and have claim the insurance. But the insurance company is asking for the call, chat and data history. How can we see the call, chat and data history so that i can claim insurance. @SkyUsers

@Panthi

You can't obtain those details so this was posted by a Sky employee previously :

"The proof of usage is your email with the IMEl number on it which you got when you first took the device. That is what insurance companies need. So you need to ask for that, not proof of usage as in the bills."

So look for your credit agreement in your message centre:

Re: Call, chat and data history for insurance

I have sent the insurance company screenshot of proof of purchase, proof of usage and credit agreement but the insurance company reply with this email.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept the document provided.

Please contact Sky Protect to provide you with the full itemized mobile phone bill to show call, data and text history.

Proof of usage is required from plan inception to date of loss/theft 22/02/25

We are unable to review your claim without this information.

Many thanks,
