Call charges to mobile in Australia when call did not connect and sim is not in phone
My Australian niece is staying with me. She has a uk mobile SIM card and has put this in her mobile. I have been charged for 2 calls to her Australian mobile, one 9 secs and one 25 secs. Both calls cost £2.50. I can on,y guess that when I used my contacts to find her uk number the Australian number was tried first. Surely you should not have to pay for a call when you don't speak.

Hi @Lemoutob all you can do is call sky on 150 and explain and see if they are willing to waive the charges. Did you perhaps connect to her Australian voicemail ?
