Call Failed to all landline number from my mobile

On a new mobile, every time I try calling landline numbers like the doctors or hair saloon, the call says "call Failed"

I have tried different setting but nothing works. Is it to do with the network? 

I can call mobile phone numbers but not landlines.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

This will need reporting to Sky so it can be investigated by one of their support teams for you. The number to call them on is just 150 as it is a free one so when you do try saying nothing if asked any questions by the bot.
