Buying a new phone

Hi folks, I'm looking to buy my daughter a new phone for Christmas and my account blocks me from buying it from Sky so I will buy one from Amazon instead.  Can I ask if it's simply a case of putting the SIM into the new phone and away she goes?

Hi @Gordo1973  yes that's normally the case. Make sure the phone you buy is unlocked to use with any network.
