On my home screen I'm getting a 'No Sim . No Service' message

Also getting a 'Not registered on network message'

 

Phone is a Samsung Galaxy A13, tried taking out the sim and cleaning it but no help.

 

Tried the sky virtual helpline, absolutely no help whatsoever.

 

Can anyone assist please

Has this just started to happen ?

Have you recently transferred a number to Sky ?

Just happened today, have been using the sim for nearly 3 years.

 

There was a scheduled update by Samsung overnight, not sure if this has caused the problem.

 

Have checked the link, seems there are no issues

Since the update have you rebooted your phone ?

Yes have re-booted a few times to try and fix the problem

You could try ordering a replacement sim incase the one you have is faulty:
