Broken phone

I dropped my phone and now it wont turn on.

 

I took it to a repair shop and they couldn't fix it.

 

Can I buy a new phone/upgrade/?????

Hi @Gemma215  if you pass the credit checks you will be able to order a new phone. If you still owe money on the broken one then you will still have to pay for it.
