Ok, so now they finally agreed to refund all the payment made since i have returned the phone, so i can order a different one ( i don't trust flip 6 design no more), so i left at that last night.
I checked my account this morning to see if anything has been done yet, and guess what, my mobile account show as " suspended"
i don't understand, seriously.

hopefully that means they're processing the refund for you. I'm still waiting to hear from them. if I haven't heard anything again today I'll be messaging them again!!

LOL, they can't even manage their own services
1: i got told they would refund, and cancel the contract so i could order a different one.
2: Meanwhile, I received an email from Ingram confirming that the repair has been done and sending me backflip 6.
3: Sky backtracked on its proposition and gave me £50 compensation for the long wait and my complaint.
4: As for Ingram, for the past 2 days They have booked a DPD to return my phone, but still have not sent it.
Ingram Micro are utter joke.

So, the Ingram email was sent on the 18th; today is the 20th, and DpD still hasn't received the package from them.
Third days.. still nothing.

**bleep** taker, 24th of December DPD still haven't received the phone.
this was the email they send me.

Your mobile device has been examined by one of our qualified technicians and we are pleased to advise that the reported fault has been identified and a full repair has been carried out.
We have also taken the opportunity of installing the latest approved manufacturer’s software.
We are posting your mobile device back to you via DPD. Please allow 3 working days for this to arrive. Please Note: failure to accept delivery of the return of your device may lead to the device being destroyed. If you have an outstanding credit agreement for your device, you'll need to pay the remaining balance or your monthly repayments will continue.

Have you spoken to sky to get a tracking number. That's what I did as soon as I got that email from Ingram!

i have the tracking number from DPD straight on the 18Th of December.
It says: "We've received your order details, but have not yet received your parcel"
Ingram Micro is a joke. They have no respect for the customers, and even Sky asked a so-called " tracker" agent to get more info from Ingram. There has been radio silence since our last chat, which was almost three days ago.
at this point, i feel like getting the Ombudsman or trading standards involved.
