Bought 2 galaxy s9 and contract from sky,impossible to use MMS

Hello,

 

For Xmas my partner and i bought 2 samsung galaxy s9 with contract from sky, we had a few issues ( natwest app for exemple ) but all sorted now.

 

All except one , we cannot send MMS or receive them , when i try it says " MMS not supported by network ".

 

i have done the "settings > manage > request APN configuration" and installed them but no change

 

I have come here because i'm really disapointed with sky customer service, almost impossible/inexistant online chat, messenger help is useless , calling the 0333 mumber is a joke if your english is not 100% perfect the bot does not understand a thing when saying " message settings or mms not working " ( where is the human interaction gone...? ) , could not see a " contact us by email" unless you want to put an official complain down..

 

Any help appreciated

It might be worth requesting the AON settings from the Sky website:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/mobile-data-and-picture-message-settings

 

If after doing this is still doesn't work then perhaps this final piece on that article applies to you.

thank you ,but already done that and .. no luck restarted phone after installing ,still no luck.

Yes ,tried everything i could find on the forum / sky website help section.

 

Nothing works ,keep saying MMS not supported by network

 

Last setting tried:

Still not working , guess we are part of the affected by

I didn't realise anyone still used MMS when there are cheaper (free) options available with the likes of WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.
