Blue water sky store

Does any know if you can pick up a upgrade from the Bluewater sky store. 

I was informed that you can buy new phones/ contracts from there  as it is a permanent store rather that a shopping Centre pop up. 

as a shift worker would make like a lot easier than waiting in or having to cancel delivery
