Hi,
I bought a mobile from Apple & was using Sky sim card with it. I lost that phone recently, I called sky and they blocked the SIM card, sent replacement SIM but didn't block the phone
I informed my insurance company and they requested few documents, out of which one is from the network provider (sky) to block the phone as they are the only ones that can block it.
I called Sky again and they said they can't block the phone as the phone wasn't purchased from Sky.
I now have a phone lost and no proof of blocklist as Sky are refusing to do so, and my insurance are unable to proceed with my claim as they don't have the confirmation
Any help or suggestions from anyone to get it blocklisted?

Hi, Sorry for late reply, I lost this page link.
Yes, I contacted both insurance team as well as Apple, they said it has to be blocked by network provider, i.e, SKY.
