Blocked phone

A lost mobile was blocked after contacting sky saying it was lost. I now have a replacement sim for another mobile I bought to replace it and I have activated t but it's not working? Can anyone help?

I was told by agent that once I block the phone I'll get a new one but that wasn't the case my mother in law is using the phone in my name and now they blocked it so I have to pay for it when she was I literally got lied to

Do you have a question for your fellow customers?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
