I had returned a mobile as not suitable. Sky sent me a new phone. The original took 8 months to get cancelled as they said they never received it. I had proof of posting. This was in May this year all this started, so I've been paying for 2 phones.
Sky credited me last month for extra payments but emailed me to say they have " blacklisted my phone " so no one can use it now.
unfortunately they have blacklisted my current phone so I can only use t on WiFi.
i can't make calls or connect using data.
ive tried ringing them and it does not connect.
i am now at my wits end with this.
can sky or someone please sort this out or tell me how to.
i have emailed but no reply so far. This was sent days ago.

Hi @Graciepop sky won't contact you from here as it's not sky CS. You could try a formal complaint (sky dont usually use email communication) or the social media links at the bottom of this page to contact them.
