Blacklist removed but sim still not working

Hi my phone is still showing 'no service' even though you said the blacklist was removed 

can you please check if my SIM and IMEI are fully active and provisioned on your network?

Hi @Alisha28  no one here can do that as it's not sky CS here, you will need to call sky for help with this.
