Bills way to high

Bill is 133 pounds I only pay 70 loads of extra charges with mix  and match on I can not afford to pay that so I need it to be sorted out please

In case you aren’t aware you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.

 

What does your bill say the extra charges are for? Have you been abroad and incurred roaming charges or made calls to non inclusive numbers for example?

Your mix is your data package for your sim so what else do you pay for on your bill and what is the difference between this one and your previous one ?

We can't see your bills...  Have discounts expired?

 

What's 'mix and match'?  Mobile billing should only say 'My Mix'.

Usual bill is between 60 to 72 pounds and the current bill is asking for 133 pounds no way I can afford that if also got about 2tb of data saved

@Vickymac6881  As you've been advised we can't see your bill, have you looked at it?    It will details all charges associated with it.  What do these show they are for?

 

Does the bill over more than one month?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Yes it's my mix and no offer hasn't ran out there's charges for data but like I said I have data saved up so don't know why I'm been charged for data
