Hi, I recently swapped my iPhone 14 Pro for an iPhone 16 Pro. I’ve already sent my old phone back and it no longer shows as active in my account. However, my upcoming bill is showing charges for both phones. Could you please check and confirm that the iPhone 14 Pro agreement has been closed and remove any duplicate charges from my bill?

We're other customers here - we cannot check.
I suspect your bill was produced before the swap was processed. Are future bills correct?

Hi @Harriet31 you aren't talking to sky CS here so no one here can do anything to remove devices from your account. When you return a device as part of a swap it is inspected by a company on behalf of Sky. These inspections take 2-3 weeks. If it's still showing on your next bill then you will need to call sky on 150 for help. Any extra payments would be reimbursed once the device inspection is complete.
