Billed even though I have left sky mobile

Paid upto 2nd Feb 25. Decided to leave sky mobile and not take numbers . Asked for STAC ... received and left ... numbers dead the same day . I have no termination fees. 
so why do sky mobile still take direct debit payment for period 2nd Feb 25 to 2 March 25 when numbers no longer in use ?

I cancelled the direct debit instantly got money back ... now getting threatening emails to say they will take action if not paid ? Now they have added that bill I should bot have had to 2 March -2nd April !! What the heck !! Why are the bills still being generated the account is closed .!

virtual chat is useless and not fit for purpose . Contact CEO and they pass the buck back to resolution who try contacting you whilst you are busy earning a living ... but because you didn't answer they keep the case open for 28 days for ME to get back to them via ... virtual chat or WhatsApp ! Tried WhatsApp to be in a queue ... told waiting time is 10 mins ... over hour and a half they then say sorry closed ! What a useless company ... I want to know why they are still thinking I owe them money !!?? For something I am not using 

I am beyond livid

Did you have any devices or just dataplans?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Yes I was out of contract

Just sim only non devices and out of contract paying monthly
