Hi I made a payment which has come out my bank on the 11th January however my sky bill says its overdue and want to take double amount on my next payment date? But I have paid it I have checked on my online banking and its come out ?

Do you usually pay by a direct debit because if so you didn't need to make the manual payment because what has happened is the amount has been carried over to your next bill due to Sky not being able to take it via your direct debit.
