I have paid my first bill of £41 when my phone sim came on the 22nd September why is sky trying to take out another £41 when my next bill states it isn't due out till the end of October?

Find out moreFrom what you have said do we take it that you paid the bill manually yourself because if you did then you didn't actually need to as it will be taken via the payment details you provided so what will happen is that Sky will take the payment and then your payment should appear as a credit that can either be refunded or it can be used to pay your next bill.
