I had trouble this month with payment. However I can pay outstanding next month. 1st September. Hope this is OK, I can go online to pay the outstanding balance.

If you pay your bill by direct debit then Sky will automatically try again in 10 days time, if this also fails then your services might be suspended, as this is automated then Sky support themselves can not override this. If this does happen and your services are suspended then you would need to pay what is owed, setup the direct debit again before your services are restored.
