Bill

My precious bill and planned bills are due to be £38.

this month I have been charged £52.50. I have not used additional minutes or data, there is some rolled over.

Please explain why I have been overcharged and I would like a refund.

have you checked what the difference is looking at the bill breakdown?

 

you're only talking to other customers - we can't give refunds... you'll need to call Sky for that if it's due.

We are customers here so we can not see your bill so if you want an explanation the.n give Sky a call on the free 150 number.
