My precious bill and planned bills are due to be £38.
this month I have been charged £52.50. I have not used additional minutes or data, there is some rolled over.
Please explain why I have been overcharged and I would like a refund.

you're only talking to other customers - we can't give refunds... you'll need to call Sky for that if it's due.
