Bill unproceesed possibly due to inactive sky sim

Hi, I just got an iPhone from Sky and didn't intend to transfer to their service or use their sim like I told them but looks like I must have to do that for them to process my first bill. How do I resolve this? I got the phone for photos of my newborn and not yet sure of using it on a regular.

It isn't clear from your post what is happening so are you saying you are being billed for just the phone or for the phone and sim ?
