I paid my bill three days before it was ment to be going out and they took it again 2 days later rang up yesterday to speak to someone and got told they are processing a refund but it is still saying on my sky bill I've paid next month's bill but I wanted the money back in my bank like agreed on phone what should I do

If you have a continuous payment method set up you should never need to make a manual payment. To prevent this happening again I would recommend not making manual payments unless requested to by Sky.
