Please can my bill be sorted out. I had a call regarding a phone upgrade I was paying £10 a month for my data which I do not need as I have a lot in my piggy bank but I was told I had to keep a data plan so the lady changed me to one that she said was also £10 a month but I could have it for £5 per month and she even said about making sure she keyed t correctly to get me the discount, this was a few days ago and my bill is still incorrect and showing future payments of £10 for data. I would appreciate a response please

you need to chase directly with sky by calling them again

sky are correct that you can only use your piggybank with an active dataplan
