Being charged for 3 phones but only have 2
I have 2 mobile phones but I'm being charged for 3 also I have returned a Google pixel 10 pro and I'm still being charged for it

Was this a phone returned as part of a swap, or an unwanted new device?
If it was a new device did you contact Sky to arrange its return?
Either way devices are taking a number of weeks to be processed which includes checking for damage or having a value confirmed.
