Being charged for 2 new devices and I only ordered 1

My next bill shows 2 devices but I only ordered 1 and received 1 but my next bill shows I will be paying for 2 devices. Can this be sorted before payment

Did you order the new device as part of a swap or are you a new customer to Sky Mobile ?

Neither, bought a new device with a new data plan and upgraded my data plan for my original phone. The new phone is for my wife thanks

Then unless I'm misunderstanding what you're saying that's correct. You're paying for two phones; your original phone but with a new data plan and a new device for use by your wife (presumably you ordered it on your account so you can share Piggybank data).

Hi, my original phone is paid off months ago but the future bill has 2new devices on it purchased 22nd December and 28th December . I only ordered one and received only one, thanks
