Hi @Tracy6064  bevcause you probably signed up for that deal, sky don't automatically changed your plan to any offers available. Have a look in your account to see what's available to you now to switch to, you can change your plan once per month to a higher or lower plan.

@Tracy6064

Offers on Sky sims change all the time so if you were to look again next  month the chances are there will be different offers shown. What you are seeing on the website might not be what you are paying as they are for customers that are taking out those offers now and not for someone such as yourself that might have had their sim for a while,

Just seems ridiculous that me as a customer for 8 years gets less data than current contracts and pays more then a new customer for less data too. Loyalty doesn't pay. Going to look elsewhere.

If you have been a customer of Sky Mobile for 8 years and have never changed your data package then you either need to look at your account to see what you are offered or call them on 150 to see if they will offer you a discount.

Yup, you'll get a 'new customer' deal from a new provider and then they'll likely do the same...  You'll generally always get the best price by continuing to switch providers (they hope you don't).

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own
