Both myself and my partner have sky mobiles. I have an iPhone and have had for several years, had good service and no issues with signal or call cutting out.
my partner on the other hand took out sky mobile at my recommendation in January. He got a Samsung S22+ and has not been impressed. Since day one he has had a much poorer signal than me in the same location. I can have full signal and he has none! His calls often connect then drop out! When he answers he has full signal but seconds into the call the signal disappears! He has tried different phone cases thinking this was the issue. It's hasn't helped.
In September we went on holiday to Lanzarote for a week. His phone didn't work till day 5! We followed all the online advise, but obviously couldn't phone for help as the phone didn't work!!! I posted here but I couldn't connect to the chat the expert offered.
since returning from
holidsy things have got worse for him with his phone. Sky have not contacted. We called from my mobile ( his had no signal although we were sat on couch together) to get some help. We were assured it would be investigated and he would receive a call ( really) within 48 hours. Suprisingly he has not. I contacted live chat as it wouldn't connect on his phone. That was over 2 hours ago!
He is beyond frustrated - he now wants to leave sky as the phone/ contract is not fit for purpose. He had a work call 10 minutes ago and it cut out 3 x times! Fortunately he has a work phone with another network!
But trying to contact sky is a nightmare. Why we are chasing them is beyond me when there products don't work as described.

Yes i have the same problem. Our family of 4 all have sky mobile and experience this when calling each other. Came on here to find any answers but it seems quite common but not seen a response from Sky advisor so far.
