Back orders, are you still guaranteed to get them?

I've placed an order for the Samsung Galaxy Z flip 6 it's been literally two weeks now and I've been on the website and the phones are all out of stock no more stock but I've been waiting for two weeks. Does that mean I'm still getting my back order? can anyone tell me if they've been in a situation

Guaranteed? Not necessarily. It would depend if & when Sky get stock from the manufacturers.

When I placed the order two weeks ago it said 2 to 3 weeks. I have no date yet
